Where can they be found?
- Central Catchment Areas
- Bukit Timah Nature Reserve, Lower/Upper Peirce and MacRitchie Reservoir.
- They are fringe animals that live on the edge of the forest.
What do they eat?
- Fleshy leaves and fruits like rambutans, butterfruits and durians.
What do they look like?
- Their fur may vary between light brown and greyish brown.

- They have cheek whiskers.
- Males have moustaches while females have beards.
- Baby monkeys have black fur!

Why are they important to us?
- They help to maintain our ecosystem (e.g. dispersal of seeds)
